We are hands-on managers of some of the areas most desirable rentals. Our progressive staff understands that consistently working to improve the quality of service and attention to detail are the best ways to provide comfortable communities for the people who have chosen our rentals. The local landlord's first choice for rental property maintenance. We offer an experienced full time staff, with several work vans and a 42' bucket truck to handle all rental property maintenance needs.



Riviera Group is comprised of multiple business entities allowing for vertically integrated acquisition, development, management, maintenance and disposition of commercial real estate (CRE) assets. Our portfolio continues to expand in the Gulf South region with emphasis on Northwest Florida and Southwest Alabama.

 - Deferred maintenance expected

 - Bank workouts & short sales ok

 - Central HVAC preferred but not mandatory

 - Infill locations near shopping, schools & entertainment

Industrial/Flex (25K SF & up)

 - Single tenant net lease with attractive cap rate

 - Multi-tenant flex parks preferred

 - High vacancy ok

 - Deferred maintenance expected

 - Re-positions/Re-tenanting is our specialty

Office (25K SF & up)

 - Single tenant net lease with attractive cap rate

 - Multi-tenant buildings preferred

 - Class A- to B+ in high traffic areas

 - Minor renovations/updating expected
